Faraid is an Islamic Law term that regulates the transfer of a deceased person's property to heirs in accordance with Al-Quran, As-Sunnah, and Al-'Ijma. Faraid refers to Muslims, and understanding the parts of the legal heirs is important for Muslims to prepare a better inheritance scheme.
